HISTORY
Aabbott Michelli Technologies, Inc. came to be a corporation in
September of 2001 when G.T. Michelli bought Aabbott Scales, Inc. Aabbott Scales had been in business in Houston
for thirty-five years. Keeping name recognition with a
successful Aabbott Scales made a lot of sense to G.T. Michelli,
thus resulting in AMT.
AMT became the western-most arm of the GT Michelli Companies.
GT Michelli, Inc. was founded in 1947 in New Orleans. G.T.
Michelli, Jr. purchased the company about 20 years ago and is
still the present owner.
The Michelli Companies continue to grow by using cutting edge
technologies in software, service, and equipment. Our growth is
through acquisitions, manufacturing and expansion and it is our
intent to continue on this path. As we continue to grow, our
resources and abilities to serve our clientele grows and expands
as well. We are always endeavoring to find newer and better ways
to serve our customers. |
